Hello Friends if you use windows 8 for first time then you will have some difficulty to understand it but after i have spend so much time on it now i am ready to make some tricks out of it. Follow the simple steps to add Shut down button

• Right Click On your Desktop then take your mouse over New and then Shortcut from pop out.

• Type the below command in the Type the location of the item and click next.

shutdown.exe -s -t 00

• Now give the shortcut name of Shut Down.

• You Can also change the icon of shortcut. 
• To change the icon Right CLick on the icon and select properties.On the properties dialog box Click On Change Icon.

• Now you can select any icon for your shutdown button i choosed the default shut down icon.After choosing your icon click on Ok.

• Now Pin The Button To Start Screen by right clicking on it and selecting Pin To Start Button.

• Now Go To the start screen and verify that the tile appears.

• If You Want to add Restart button also Then Follow all the steps above but just change the command with the below one

shutdown.exe -r -t 00
