1. First of all press Windows key with R.You can also go to start and run.
   


2. In the run box type cmd .


3. Now open command prompt window will come.


4. Now in the command box type ping google.com


5. Replace google.com with the website you want to open.


6. After writing ping google.com press enter.


7. Now a ip adress will appear in the command prompt to access google.com.


8. Just type the ip adress in your browser and press enter.


9. Thats it friends now the website will get opened in your browser.


10. For every website you will type you will get a different ip adress to access that website.
