Hello Friends hope all of you are doing well in your holidays.Dropbox is the best cloud storage service present online in my views some of you will be preferring google drive just because it is via google and it offers more space than dropbox.Well that is completely on you which one you like.Till the storage limits both are free to use.
Well all of you might know that dropbox offers a desktop version for the pc users. In the upcoming version of dropbox they will be adding new utility to it by which you can capture screenshots of your computer screen. With capturing screens you can also share those screenshots with your friends with a simple keyboard shortcut.
When you have downloaded and installed latest version of dropbox in your pc and it is running in the system tray then just press CTRL+PRTSCN and them the screenshot will be saved in the screenshot folder of your dropbox installation folder which is usually in the my documents folder.
Alternatively if you press CTRL+ALT+PRTSCN then the screenshot of the whole desktop will be saved in the public folder with a link copied to your clipboard so you can use them in your posts and either share it with your friends.

This will capture whole the screen and you may be using any other screenshot capture app like the inbuilt app in the windows called snipping tool or snagit to capture a fixed region as you like for sharing. So if you would like to disable the screen shot of dropbox then open prefernces and under the import tab disable the "share screenshots" option.
If you want to download the latest version then the links can be found out at forums.dropbox.com.Do tell us your views how you like this new feature of dropbox.
